Last year Coleford hosted a spectacular show of Christmas lights, with 140 fixtures containing over 6000 bulbs shining throughout the centre of Coleford, providing a festive welcome to the town for 2007.
Coleford's Christmas Parade begins at 6.00pm, with the lights being switched on at 6.30pm followed by Father Christmas in the Clock Tower Grotto, and various sideshows. The theme for this year will be Christmas Around The World
The committee is investigating the possibility of introducing energy saving light fittings

Sunday 30th November 2008
Last year the stalls ranged from producers of local food to crafts and gifts. Many of the stall holders ran demonstrations of their work throughout the day. Refreshments were sold with the proceeds going to support a local Charity.
Now in its fifth year It is envisaged that the 2008 event will be an even greater success.
